As an authorized Preparation Centre, Langcom Institute follows the security protocols established by Cambridge Assessment English:

  • Mandatory Photo: Candidates for specific Cambridge qualifications must have their photo taken on the day of the speaking test and/or the written papers.

  • Purpose: This photo is used for the Results Verification Service, allowing authorized third parties (such as universities or employers) to verify your results.

  • Data Transfer: You acknowledge that your personal information and photo will be sent to Cambridge Assessment English and held on their secure servers.

Who we share your data with

We share limited data with third parties to provide our services:

  • Payment platforms: PayPal, Stripe, Culqi, Yape, Plin, etc.

  • Email sending services: MailPoet, Brevo (Sendinblue).

  • Online class systems: Google Meet (link sent according to reserved time).

  • Certification Bodies: Cambridge Assessment English (University of Cambridge) for the purpose of processing your application and providing certification services.

How long we retain your data

  • Form entries: 6 months

  • Academic records: Indefinitely as long as you are an active student; deleted 2 years after inactivity
